George RR Martin created a misogynistic universe in A Song of Ice and Fire, but with accusations of unnecessary additional sexual violence, subjugation of its female characters, and "sexposition" is HBO's Game of Thrones sexist or merely reflecting the medieval attitudes of its source material?
