Along with all of the drop-in content at the convention, we've also got sessions that require pre-booking. This can be due to limited space or because they start doing stuff for you before the convention actually begins. The following sessions require advance sign-up:
- At 7pm on Sunday 4th and 7pm on Monday 5th August, we're releasing £20 tickets for the third and fourth swordplay workshops with Miltos Yerolemou, who plays Syrio in Game of Thrones. These workshops will take place on Friday evening. The previous two workshops sold out in two minutes, so you may not want to hang around with the purchase, but there will be opportunities to see him in large room discussion if you don't catch a ticket in time.
The T-Party writers group are offering to critique your writing in a session on Saturday afternoon, and still have places remaining. Email your writing (up to 5,000 words) to Martin Owton before 29th July.- Oops, missed the deadline!- The board games stream is running five minute micro-talks to answer the question, what is the worst game in the world?
- Theatre style live action role play based on Harry Potter? Why of course we've got that!
- The Split Worlds is an urban fantasy setting with a dash of noir, fantastical magic, evil faeries and people just trying to drink their tea in peace. How do you fancy investigating a mystery, undertaking live challenges, and interacting with Split Worlds characters over the course of the weekend?
Is there anything else I need to sign up for?
- The role play track is so big that we can only offer sign-up during the event. Other gaming tracks are not operating a sign-up system.
- If you haven't got a hotel to stay in, we recommend sorting that immediately. There's a booking link for the Radisson, but no guarantee it'll work at this point. There are also lots of other hotels within walking distance.
