About Nine Worlds 2018

From August 10th-12th 2018 at Novotel London West, join us for three days and nights of discussion, workshops, activities, performances and DJ sets. Meet with creators, fans and academics of your favourite books, films, TV shows, games, and comics. Explore cosplay, crafts, sciences, humanities, and the culture and creativity that underlie them all. Take home new insight, new connections, and new swag from our geek-friendly vendors.

Our venue for 2018 is a large conference hotel with a special price on convention rooms, lots of spaces for content, hundreds of things to explore and experience, and over a thousand fellow adventurers.

Tickets will be available for sale on the door from 8am on Friday morning, at the following prices:
Weekend ticket: £129
Day ticket: £60
Evening ticket: £15
2018 T-shirt: £18

Evening Tickets

Evening tickets will be available on the door for both Friday and Saturday. They will be sold and be valid from 7pm until the close of programming for that day. Entry to individual program items is not guaranteed. Due to the expected popularity of Knightmare Live, evening ticket holders will only be seated five minutes before the start of the show, spare seating allowing.
Evening tickets will cost £15.

Terms of sale

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder
  • Names will not be printed on the badges, so we don't ask for badge names
  • Tickets and payment plan payments are not refundable. Ticket transfers are fine
  • If you require personal assistance from a carer or support worker, or have other access requirements, check out the access information on our web site and get in touch
  • We will contact you by email on an occasional basis, with updates on organising and content, notification of hotel availability and workshop sign-ups, ticket deadlines, and other useful information
  • Hotel rooms are not included. On-site accommodation is now sold out, but there are many nearby options, and all-night transport links throughout London
  • Day tickets are valid for entry on the day that you collect your badge, and include sessions which run past midnight such as DJ sets
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry. All purchasers agree to our anti-harassment policy
