Joe Abercrombie

Joe Abercrombie is the author of the best-selling fantasy books The First Law Trilogy – The Blade Itself, Before They Are Hanged and Last Argument of Kings – and stand-alone novels Best Served Cold, The Heroes, and Red Country.

The first book in his new series, Half a King, was published in the UK and US in 2014, and won Best YA Novel at the 2015 Locus Awards. His story Tough Times All Over won Best Novelette, also at the 2015 Locus Awards.
