Alex is a Live Action Roleplay (larp) fanatic who has been playing and running all manner of larp games for nearly 20 years. An obsessive fan of Warhammer 40,000, Alex founded a popular WH40k larp system called Death Unto Darkness, and has also written numerous theatre-style freeform games. In addition, Alex is a freelance author and has had short stories and games published by various outlets including Black Library, Fox Spirit, Fringeworks and Pelgrane Press. As someone who ticks a few minority boxes, Alex is delighted to have been asked to speak on 'Diversity in Larp' and 'Larp 101' as part of the Larp track.
