Lecturer in 20th century history
Catherine Baker is a lecturer in 20th century history at the University of Hull. She is interested in how societies create narratives of collective identity through and about popular culture, especially popular music, in times of conflict and in transnational connections between the Yugoslav region and the Anglosphere.
